The LHS Band will be using a new way to communicate and track individual student fees. It is an all-encompassing office assistant. It will keep track of our student and parent information such as email addresses, phone numbers, groups, chaperones, and lots more. It will keep track of almost everything (from tracking missing forms to fundraisers, to music libraries, practice notes ..... and much much more)

Each Band member will have to update their email account information in order to continue receiving up to date band information. We will be transitioning away from Constant Contact.

Hint: You can get your students DCSS ID number from the eSIS Parent Portal. We strongly recommend that you change the Student Area password to something other than your students DCSS ID number.

Additionally:

Each Student will be able to pay fees directly into their own student account via Paypal or pay by check. The LBA Treasurer will update the student accounts monthly to reflect your off-line payments.
Each student will be able to track their fundraising and see what portion gets applied for trips and special events.
We will be able to provide online access to our music library, uniforms, recordings, etc.
You can track what events you've volunteered to help out with.

Please be patient with the LBA board as we transition into fully utilizing this amazing tool to help us streamline all that the LBA does for the Band Program.
